Anwen Jones

Anwen Jones is the Head of the Disability Advisory Service at the University of Oxford. She is a qualified teacher with extensive experience of working in a range of settings in further and higher education, supporting groups of students who have had difficulty accessing the curriculum. She is a specialist teacher and assessor of students with specific learning difficulties, and a previous director of the national professional association of specialist teachers, PATOSS. She is also a qualified forest school leader who has applied the forest school principles to help students from many backgrounds to develop their literacy and numeracy skills in the outdoors.
